Tina Panchal DMD, LLC
A damaged, decayed, or missing tooth can affect more than just your smile. It can make everyday things like eating and speaking uncomfortable, and it can leave you more self-conscious than you’d like to be.
No two damaged or missing teeth are exactly alike, which is why we offer a range of restorative options rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. A small cavity might only need a filling, while a cracked or weakened tooth may call for a crown to restore its strength and shape. If a tooth is too damaged to save, a bridge can fill the gap using the teeth on either side for support, and non-surgical root canal therapy can often save a tooth that might otherwise need to come out.
For patients missing several teeth or all of them, we also offer complete and partial dentures, along with the ongoing care, relines, and repairs that keep them fitting comfortably over time. Whatever the extent of the damage, we walk you through your options so you understand what each treatment involves before deciding what’s right for you.
A custom-fitted cap that covers a damaged tooth, restoring its strength, shape, and appearance.
A fixed replacement for one or more missing teeth, anchored to the natural teeth on either side of the gap.
A tooth-colored material used to repair a cavity and restore the tooth’s natural shape and function.
A non-surgical treatment that removes infected tissue from inside a tooth, allowing us to save it rather than extract it.
Not every dental problem is obvious right away. A cracked filling, a tooth that’s become sensitive to hot or cold, or a dull ache that comes and goes can all be signs that a tooth needs attention before the damage gets worse. Even a chip that seems minor can weaken a tooth over time if it’s left untreated.
If you’re noticing any of these signs, or if it’s simply been a while since your last exam, we can help determine whether a filling, crown, bridge, or another restorative option is the right fit. Catching these issues early often means a simpler, more comfortable treatment than waiting until the problem becomes urgent.
From the moment you walk in, your comfort, time, and trust are our top priorities. We walk you through your options before starting any restorative treatment.
We use digital impressions and updated equipment to make restorative treatment more precise and more comfortable. This means fewer surprises during your procedure and a better fit for crowns, bridges, and other restorations.
We accept CareCredit and Cherry financing to help make restorative treatment fit within your budget. Cost should never be the reason you put off care your smile needs.
Dr. Panchal’s father treated the Edison community as an orthodontist for over 35 years, and that same commitment to long-term care shapes how our team approaches restorative dentistry today.
Dental anxiety is common, and we never want it to stand between you and the treatment you need. We take the time to explain each step, answer your questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you
